\[ BU = \frac{CB}{TB} \times 100 \]

Where:

\(CB\) is the Current Bandwidth (Mbps)
\(TB\) is the Total Available Bandwidth (Mbps)

What is Bandwidth Usage?

Example Calculation 1

Let's assume the following values:

Current Bandwidth (\(CB\)) = 50 Mbps
Total Available Bandwidth (\(TB\)) = 100 Mbps

Using the formula:

\[ BU = \frac{50}{100} \times 100 = 50\% \]

The Bandwidth Usage is 50%.

Example Calculation 2

Let's assume the following values:

Current Bandwidth (\(CB\)) = 75 Mbps
Total Available Bandwidth (\(TB\)) = 150 Mbps

Using the formula:

\[ BU = \frac{75}{150} \times 100 = 50\% \]
