What is Bulk Bag Capacity?

A bulk bag capacity is considered both the maximum volume of the bulk bag and the maximum weight the bulk bag can carry. Typically, bulk bags can hold around 7 pounds per cubic foot of volume.

Example Calculation 1

Let's assume the following values:

Length of the Bag = 36 inches
Width of the Bag = 36 inches
Height of the Bag = 48 inches

Using the formula:
