The formula to calculate the Consignment Percentage (CP) is:

\[ CP = \frac{CS}{TS} \times 100 \]

Where:

Consignment Percentage: A measure of the proportion of sales revenue that is disbursed to consignors, expressed as a percentage.
Share of Sales Disbursed to Consignors (CS): The amount of money paid to consignors from the total sales.
Total Sales Amount (TS): The total revenue generated from sales.

Let's say the share of sales disbursed to consignors is $5,000 and the total sales amount is $20,000. Using the formula:

\[ CP = \frac{5,000}{20,000} \times 100 \]

We get:

\[ CP = 25 \% \]

So, the consignment percentage is 25%.
