The formula to calculate the event capacity (EC) is:

\[ EC = \frac{TA}{6} \]

Where:

Event Capacity: The maximum number of people that can be accommodated in an event space, calculated by dividing the total event area in square feet by 6.

Let's say the total event area (TA) is 1200 square feet. Using the formula:

We get:
