What is Game Profit?

The game profit is the amount of money made from selling a game after accounting for the total development costs. It is calculated by multiplying the total number of game copies sold by the price per game and then subtracting the total development cost.

Example Calculation 1

Let's assume the following values:

Price per Game (PPG) = $20
Total Development Cost (DC) = $80000

Using the formula:

\[ GP = 5000 \times 20 - 80000 = 100000 - 80000 = 20000 \text{ dollars} \]
