Let's assume the following values:

Adjusted Gross Score ( $AGS$ ) = 72
Number of Rounds Played ( $N$ ) = 10

Using the formula:

$GI = \frac{96 \times 72}{10} = 691.2$

The Golf Index is 691.2.

Example Calculation 2

Let's assume the following values:

Adjusted Gross Score ( $AGS$ ) = 85
Number of Rounds Played ( $N$ ) = 15

Using the formula:

$GI = \frac{96 \times 85}{15} = 544$
