Induced EMF Calculator

Formula

The formula to calculate the induced EMF is:

\[ e_i = N \frac{\Delta \Phi}{\Delta t} \]

Where:

What is Induced EMF?

Induced EMF (Electromotive Force) is the voltage generated in a coil or conductor due to a change in magnetic flux. According to Faraday's Law of Electromagnetic Induction, the induced EMF is directly proportional to the rate of change of magnetic flux and the number of turns in the coil.

Example Calculation

Let's assume the following values:

Step 1: Calculate the induced EMF:

\[ e_i = 100 \frac{0.05}{0.1} = 50 \text{ V} \]
