The formula to calculate the Parking Area (PARK) is:

\[ PARK = LA \times \frac{PR}{100} \]

Where:

Parking Area: The area designated for parking within a lot, typically measured in square feet (ft²).

Let's say the total lot area (LA) is 5000 square feet, and the parking ratio (PR) is 20%. Using the formula:

We get:
