$TE = \left( \frac{M2 - M1}{M3} \right) \times 100$

Where:

$M2$ is the mass of the part after coating
$M1$ is the mass of the part before coating
$M3$ is the mass of the powder in the bag

Example Calculation

Let's assume the following values:
