Protein Concentration Calculator

The protein concentration is calculated using the following formula derived from the Beer-Lambert Law:

\[ C = \frac{A}{\epsilon \cdot b} \times m \times n \]

Where:

\( C \) = Protein concentration

\( A \) = Absorbance at \(\lambda_{\text{max}}\)

\( \epsilon \) = Extinction coefficient

\( b \) = Pathlength of the cuvette

\( m \) = Molecular mass

\( n \) = Dilution factor
