The formula to calculate the Recruitment Rate (RR) is:

\[ RR = \frac{A}{OM} \times 100 \]

Where:

Recruitment Rate (RR): The percentage of offers accepted out of the total offers made. It is a useful metric for understanding the effectiveness of a recruitment process.
Total Number of Offers Accepted (A): The number of job offers that were accepted by candidates.
Total Number of Offers Made (OM): The total number of job offers extended to candidates.

Let's say the total number of offers accepted (A) is 30 and the total number of offers made (OM) is 50. Using the formula:

\[ RR = \frac{30}{50} \times 100 = 60\% \]

So, the Recruitment Rate (RR) is 60%.
