Example Calculation 1

Let's assume the following values:

Gas in the Pipe (GP) = 2.5
Compressor/Condenser Section (CC) = 3.0
Evaporator Section (E) = 1.5

Using the formula:

$Cr = 2.5 + 3.0 + 1.5 = 7.0$

The refrigerant charge is 7.0.
