The formula to calculate the Theoretical Weight (TW) is:

\[ \text{TW} = \frac{\text{W} \times \text{Y}}{100} \]

Where:

Theoretical Weight (TW): The calculated weight based on the total weight and theoretical yield.
Total Weight (W): The total weight of the material.
Theoretical Yield (Y): The percentage yield expected theoretically.

Let's say the total weight (W) is 500 grams and the theoretical yield (Y) is 80%. Using the formula:

\[ \text{TW} = \frac{500 \times 80}{100} = 400 \text{ g} \]

So, the theoretical weight is 400 grams.
