The formula to calculate the Turbulence Intensity (TI) is:

\[ TI = \left( \frac{\sigma}{V} \right) \times 100 \]

Where:

Turbulence Intensity (TI): The measure of the intensity of turbulence in a fluid flow.
Standard Deviation (σ): A measure of the amount of variation or dispersion of a set of values.
Mean Wind Speed (V): The average speed of the wind over a certain period.

Let's say the standard deviation of the wind speed (σ) is 2 m/s, and the mean wind speed (V) is 10 m/s. Using the formula:

\[ TI = \left( \frac{2}{10} \right) \times 100 = 20 \% \]

So, the turbulence intensity is 20%.
