The formula to calculate the Turnover Rate (TR) is:

\[ TR = \frac{L}{AVE} \times 100 \]

Where:

\(TR\) is the turnover rate (%)
\(L\) is the number of employees leaving over the period
\(AVE\) is the average number of employees over the last 12 months (or other period)

A turnover rate is defined as the ratio of employees that leave a company to the number of total employees over a given period.

Let's assume the following values:

\[ TR = \frac{10}{200} \times 100 = 5 \]

The Turnover Rate (TR) is 5%.
