The formula to calculate the Volleyball Passing Percentage (PP) is:

\[ PP = \frac{PG + PP}{TA} \times 100 \]

Where:

Volleyball Passing Percentage: A ratio, presented as a percentage, of the sum of the total playable and good passes relative to the total number of passing attempts. It measures the ability of a team to complete good and playable passes on each attempt.
Number of Good Passes (PG): The number of passes that are considered good.
Number of Playable Passes (PP): The number of passes that are playable.
Number of Passing Errors (PE): The number of errors made during passing.
Total Number of Attempts (TA): The sum of good passes, playable passes, and passing errors.

Let's say the number of good passes is 30, the number of playable passes is 20, and the number of passing errors is 10. Using the formula:

\[ PP = \frac{30 + 20}{30 + 20 + 10} \times 100 \]

We get:

\[ PP = \frac{50}{60} \times 100 \approx 83.33 \% \]

So, the passing percentage is approximately 83.33%.
