The formula to calculate the Aircraft Range (R) is:

\[ \text{R} = \frac{\text{F}}{\text{C}} \]

Where:

Aircraft Range (R): The maximum distance an aircraft can fly on a full tank of fuel without needing to refuel.
Fuel Capacity (F): The total amount of fuel the aircraft can hold, measured in gallons.
Fuel Consumption (C): The rate at which the aircraft consumes fuel, measured in gallons per hour.

Let's say the fuel capacity (F) is 500 gallons and the fuel consumption (C) is 50 gallons per hour. Using the formula:

\[ \text{R} = \frac{500}{50} = 10 \text{ hours} \]

So, the aircraft range is 10 hours.
