Ink mixing is the process of combining different ink colors in specific ratios to achieve a desired color or shade. The formula for ink mixing calculates the weight of the second color needed based on the weight of the first color and the ink mixing ratio.

Example Calculation

Let's assume the following values:

Weight of the First Color \( WFC \) = 100 g
Ink Mixing Ratio \( IMR \) = 0.5

Step 1: Multiply the weight of the first color by the ink mixing ratio:

\[ WSC = 100 \times 0.5 = 50 \text{ g} \]
