Gross surface of the room:

\[ A = 2 \times (w + l) \times h \]

Net surface after subtracting doors and windows:

\[ A_{\text{net}} = A - \left(n_{\text{doors}} \times A_{\text{door}}\right) - \left(n_{\text{windows}} \times A_{\text{window}}\right) \]

Number of wallpaper rolls needed:

\[ \text{Number of rolls} = \left\lceil \frac{A_{\text{net}}}{A_{\text{roll}}} \right\rceil \]

Where:

• \( w \) = Width of the room (m)
• \( l \) = Length of the room (m)
• \( h \) = Height of the room (m)
• \( n_{\text{doors}} \) = Number of doors
• \( A_{\text{door}} \) = Area of a single door (m²)
• \( n_{\text{windows}} \) = Number of windows
• \( A_{\text{window}} \) = Area of a single window (m²)
• \( A_{\text{roll}} \) = Area of a single wallpaper roll (m²)
