Where:

Definition

The Absolute Reticulocyte Count is the number of immature red blood cells (RBCs) in one liter of blood.

Reticulocytes define the percentage of reticulocytes in RBC (red blood cells).

Hematocrit is the volume percentage of red blood cells in the blood.

Normal Hematocrit is the hematocrit level generally found in men and women. It ranges between 40.7-50.3% for males and 36.1-44.3% for females.
